Bookings

The club operates a regular booking scheme. A permanent, regular place may be booked for one or more sessions per week (providing a place is available).

Once you have a place you will be sent a booking form each half term. Your place is only secured permanently by block booking it every half term.

The club operates a waiting list for parents wanting a place when none are available.

Occasional bookings may be available after regular block bookings have been honoured (subject to vacancies)

All booked places must be paid for and registration forms must be completed prior to a new child attending the club.

Attendance
Parents should inform the club if their child will not be attending a booked session. Children can only be collected by a named carer and the club must be informed if a different person will be collecting a child.

Parents or carers are expected to collect their child(ren) before 6:00pm. It must be understood that the club will face additional costs if a child is not collected on time, these costs will be passed on to parents.

If a child is not collected and staff cannot contact parents or the emergency contact named on the registration form the staff will stay with the child but after one hour the police or social services would need to be contacted.

Registration Details
Please ensure your child’s details are up to date, particularly your contact telephone numbers. It is vitally important for your child’s safety that we are able to contact you! Should the need arise.

If your child is absent from school and so will not be attending after school club please inform us as it is not schools responsibility to pass on such information.
